The FCDCC Portrait SIG met on 2012-02-05
We reviewed outdoor portraits and then practiced taking outdoor portraits in Old Town.
We discussed the need for High Speed Sync mode on your camera and flash in situations where there is bright light and thus exposure times shorter than your camera's typical sync speed.
We found lots of interesting brick, stone, wood backgrounds in Old Town.
We even had a hula hoop expert volunteer for a few pictures.
Our next meeting will be Sunday 3/4 at 1pm at Mike's house.
Our photographic challenge is to take 1 picture of a body part.
