2021-12-14 FCDCC Meeting Notes

About 24 FCDCC members met online using ZOOM software. Please login between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. The social part of the meeting starts at 6:00pm, and the business part of the meeting starts at 6:30pm. Paul will email meeting invitations for the monthly club meetings and the monthly coffee meetings to all club members. If you haven't received your invitation by the day of the meeting, please send an email to info@fcdcc.com, and either Paul or I (Mike Barry) will send you the meeting ID and password.

Please welcome Kevin McCaghren to our club, he was visiting our meeting on Tuesday.

Pay your dues for 2022 to Dave Chamness (3854 Braidwood Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524) if you haven't already paid. Annual dues are $25/member with $15 for a spouse and $10 for each additional child under 18. You can now pay your dues ONLINE with PayPal!!!

We currently have $3676 in the club account. Dues are down, but our expenses are down even more.

We will have a new President and a new President Elect in January.
Mike Dunnetts will be President for 2022.
Albert Wang will be the President Elect for 2022.
Ed Ogle will be the new Landscape SIG leader.
Jim Limburg will be helping Walt with the Photo Editor position.

We will continue to hold our club meetings on ZOOM until further notice due to the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic.

Mike Dunnetts will hold a FCDCC Planning Meeting in January to decide the club's direction for 2022.
- Please email ideas for outings and topics, and any concerns or suggestions regarding running FCDCC to Mike Dunnetts.

Ralph has suggested a "Ghost Signs of Old Town" club outing. He will investigate a guide to the Ghost Signs of Fort Collins.

Paul suggested a "Keenesburg Animal Sanctuary" club outing. Cost is $50/each (discounts available for 70+ and children).

Some of the SIG meetings and outings are being held on ZOOM, but many of them are on hold until the COVID-19 Pandemic is over, and a few outings have been held in person and outside.

Christmas Lights at the Gardens on Spring Creek and around town

Send your photograph submittals (corrected fix-it-photos, club outings, challenge topics, old and new, or your favorite images) (up to 8 images) to Jim Limburg at jlimburg1@gmail.com. Remember to send in before and after versions of your pictures so we can learn about post processing. Please send them by Sunday evening so Jim has time to create the slideshow.

Please add captions to the pictures that you submit for the monthly slideshow, and clearly note which picture they pertain to, by stating the filename if possible.
