2020-11-10 FCDCC Meeting Notes

About 25 of our club members met online using ZOOM software. Please login before 6:30pm when the official meeting starts. The social part of the meeting runs from 6:00pm to 6:30pm. Paul will email meeting invitations for the monthly club meetings and the monthly coffee meetings to all club members. If you haven't received your invitation by the day of the meeting, please send an email to info@fcdcc.com, and either Paul or I (Mike Barry) will send you the meeting ID and password.

Please welcome Matt Vincent who was visiting our club meeting.

Our club now has $3200 in our bank account, and our expenses have been minimal for this year.

Send your photograph submittals (corrected fix-it-photos, club outings, challenge topics, old and new, or your favorite images) (up to 8 images) to Walter Lyons at walyons@frii.com. Remember to send in before and after versions of your pictures so we can learn about post processing. Please send them by Sunday evening so Walt has time to create the slideshow. We are working on adding videos to the slideshow, but we haven't figured out how to do that yet.

December meeting challenge topics: "Depth of Field" and "Tis the Season".

Please send images (Fix-It-Photos) that you would like everyone to try "Fixing" to Mike Barry at info@fcdcc.com.

If you don't already have a headshot on the website, please send one to Mike Barry at info@fcdcc.com.

Many thanks to Andy Goris for his "Redstone Canyon 2020 Flower Project" presentation. You can see more of his flowers on his website at acgoris.smugmug.com

14 members contributed images to the November slideshow, and I have saved the Member Submissions part of our club meeting to a PDF file and you will be able to find it on the club website on the November 2020 page.

Please check out our club Facebook page by searching on Facebook for "Fort Collins Digital Camera Club". You are welcome to post fix-it or challenge topic or anything that you want on our Facebook page. I would like to see more pictures from our SIG outings on Facebook.

Email Mike, info@fcdcc.com, when you find mistakes, missing information or if you have suggestions for the website and I will try to address the issues.
