Welcome to the Fort Collins Digital Camera Club information and sharing page! The Fort Collins Digital Camera Club (FCDCC) is a non-profit organization that focuses exclusively on digital cameras and photography. It is not a club for film cameras or conventional darkroom techniques. Its principal goal is to provide an environment for sharing and learning about basic photographic techniques, digital photographic imagery, and the use of post processing software and printing. FCDCC is open to all levels of digital photography, including beginners, and covers all levels of equipment, from point and shoot to digital single lens reflex cameras and lenses. If you are interested in joining FCDCC, please send an email to the club for additional information.
Our club meetings are generally held the second Tuesday of each month at 6:15PM.
Come join us at our meeting and see what we are all about!
Most of this web site is available to the general public for viewing, but there are some sections of the site that are only available to registered users, for example leaving comments. Only club members can register on this site. If you join the club and would like an an account, select the 'Create an Account' menu item in the login form and complete the requested information. Your account will be verified by an administrator and access granted.
The front page of the forum (ie. the landing page when you come from the main home page) will give you a quick summary of the latest club info. The main menu is across the top, and from there you can always get back to the Front page of the forum, the discussion forum where you can join in a conversation, view coming events in the calendar, view club member photos, and get back to the club main home page. In addition to the Login menu on the left side of the page, you will see some summaries on the right. The summaries include the latest articles (click on one and it should show up in the center column), a calendar, list of coming events (click on either the calendar or an event from the list to get all published details), and the latest discussions (click on one to see the full discussion). Club articles are published here in the center column of the page.
Please note that the meeting location has changed; we are now meeting in the Coloradoan community room, 1300 Riverside Avenue.
