Our next Video SIG meeting is planned for Tuesday, September 3, 2019 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm at my house, 8325 Turman Court, Fort Collins, Co. 80525. Here is the agenda: 1. General sharing - what you have done with video lately and would like to share with the group. Bring a thumb drive with what you would like to share and I can show it on my big screen TV using my MacBook. Or if you have something posted in YouTube we can find that to share. Need help with anything? Someone in the group might be able to help. We can also share any cool equipment you have used for video. Note: Last meeting we agreed to work on a video, share it ahead of time for people to review and critique, then discuss at the meeting. I have put a several videos on the FCDCC Video SIG channel and would like feedback on two of them - Brooks Falls and Tikchik Narrows Alaska 2019. Both videos are about 2 minutes long. You can find this channel by doing a search on FCDCC Video SIG in YouTube. If anyone else has anything to share ahead of the meeting that they would like feedback on, please let us know where to find your video. 2. iMovie no longer support iTheater which was an easy way to access iMovies on other IOS devices. Judy can give an update on this topic and how to get your movies to various devices now. 3. Google Earth Pro Desktop - Judy I have been using this free app recently to create movies of tours across the globe. I can share what I have learned so far. Also, if anyone has a good way to access maps to use for presentations I would like to hear about it. 4. Future meeting dates and topics: I will not be available the rest of this year, so no more meetings this year unless someone else wants to host them Let's discuss if we want to continue into 2020. Hope to see you Tuesday. Judy

Sat 9/14 Macro Photoshoot
Day / Date: Saturday, September 14, 2019
Meet up time: 7:30 am
Meet up Location: Harmony Transportation Center
Photo-Shoot Location: Arrowhead Dahlias, 12217 County Road 36, Platteville, CO
Arrowhead Dahlias supplies wholesale florist along the front range. We have permission to photograph. The owner says that it can be a little muddy depending upon the day and that flowers are usually good through September. I have not been to Arrowhead. Let's gather at the NE corner of the Harmony Transportation Center. We will leave at 7:30 am for the 40 minute drive to the farm. My thinking is that the photoshoot will wrap up sometime between 10:30 and 11:00 am depending upon the weather. Please let me know if you will be participating so that no one is left behind. Cheers, Paul Marcoux
